I used softened butter instead of melted, and the pancakes were super fluffy. I also used ancient einkorn flour, and topped with a 50/50 mix of raw honey and grade B maple syrup. YUM!

What a treat! These are delicious! So light and airy, and the lavender is a nice touch. I served with Kozmic Blues's Lavender Honey .
