Not a bad drink, seeing how it is a little stronger then what I like. But the coconut rum and pineapple juice helps cut the stronger regular rum. I might reduce the regular rum to 1/2 ounce but keep everything else the same. I adopted this chef for the *Spring PAC 2008* game -
