  1. Heat oil.
  2. Saute onion, adding garlic after about one minute.
  3. Add the meat and begin to cook it, adding the soy sauce and chile garlic sauce.
  4. When the meat is cooked, add the cilantro. Heat for a minute or two.
  5. Serve on lettuce cups!
