  • Cream butter and sugar. Fold in the eggs and blend well.
  • Add orange rind, pecans, and brandy. Mix well.
  • Add flour and baking powder. Blend thoroughly.
  • Pour into a greased 9x13 in baking pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
