      This was a bit dry (perhaps becaused I decreased the oil a bit) but otherwise really tasty. BF enjoyed it too. I halved the recipe but wished I made the whole thing. I did not soften the sun-dried tomatoes as I like them chewy, and I used Greek kalamata olives. I could definitely see adding more garlic too. The rice stuck to the pan so if you want an easy clean up and don't care too much about the extra calories, I suggest you use more oil. Thanks very much for this recipe!

      I really enjoyed the flavours in this recipe. Like Kittencal I increased the amount of garlic used, and I also used all fresh oregano. Yum!

      This recipe was chosen for the Zaar World Tour Game, and I am happy that I did choose it, this is a wonderful rice recipe with ingredients that blend together well, I did increase the garlic to 2 tablespoons and also the olive oil and oregano, and also increased the feta and used lots of black pepper! thank you for sharing this recipe Charbear!...Kitten:)
