This was a very good! I did only use half the mayo, because I thought it was really creamy with only half. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. When I make it again, I think I would just throw the whole red bell pepper in and and another clove of garlic. Made this for Fall PAC.

A deliciously creamy and flavoursome dip which more than lived up to my expectations after reading the list of ingredients. I doubled the garlic and used red pepper (which I always find more flavoursome) and used susie cooks' Herbed Mayonnaise. This is now among the dips I'll be making regularly: such a great blend of flavours. Thank you for sharing this recipe, mary. Made for Newest Zaar Tag.
