  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of ham.
  3. Place wrapped spears in a single layer in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with black pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Roast for 10 minutes.
