Bursting with color and flavor. It is delicious and versatile. And healthy...bonus! I think this recipe came from Taste of Home magazine. I make it often!

What a delicious asparagus dish! It has loads of color, as promised, as well as a delightful crunch from the walnuts. I used regular soy sauce and omitted the salt altogther, and the flavor was nicely balanced, with a little bite from the peppers, but not too much. Very good dish, I will prepare this often!

I made it with slivered almonds and peanut oil. Delicious.

Asparagus was on sale and I needed something to make on the stovetop. Here it is. It is easy to prepare and the mix of colors looks great on the table. I omitted the salt. Unfortunately, I wasn't paying attention to the red pepper flake jar and dumped a whole bunch in, not realizing it didn't have a shake top! Yikes! I got most out but DH loved this but too spicy for me with all the extra pepper flakes!
