Definately a keeper. I had plenty of fresh asparagus so I steamed it and used it instead of the frozen. Next time I would soften the onion before using. I could not find the dried vegetable pieces but I am sure it would make it much better.

  1. In two greased 9-inch pie plates, layer asparagus, ham, cheese and onion.
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour half of egg mixture into each pie plate.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
