A great dish to use up leftover ham. Adapted from Light & Tasty.

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Saute asparagus and yellow pepper in oil until tender.
  3. Add tomatoes and ham and heat through.
  4. Drain pasta and add to the vegetable mixture.
  5. Stir in seasonings.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Wanted to use up some things I had in the house. Typed in ham & asparagus & this came up. I didn't have the pepper, so used onion instead. It was delicious! My husband loved it too, so it is one I will make again. Thanks!!

This made for a filling meal. Didn't have ham or fresh tomatoes. Used a can of diced tomatoes with basil and oregano in it. Also added some chili garlic sauce. Will keep in our keeper file. Thanks.
