Yummy! Thanks for this recipe. Yesterday asparagus showed up at the Farmer's Market for the first time this year, and this was the first dish I made with it. I served it with rice, and added veggie chicken chunks, which I cooked in the oils before adding the asparagus. Also, I used 1 tsp dried ginger since I didn't have fresh- I bet fresh really makes this incredible! I bet I'll find out sometime soon.
Asparagus is here in abundance and pretty fair price too. Everyone enjoyed this immensely. Also used this recipe using green beans, this was very good too. Thank you for sharing.
soo good! This was really quick and easy too. It will be great for when I'm in the need for a quick side dish. Thanks!
Five Stars Geema! The cashews and ginger are a wonderful added bonus to the flavour and texture of the asparagus. I used only the olive oil and two tablespoons of soy and I don't think that it suffered for the ommission of the sesame oil at all. This is fast becoming a favourite in our house. Please see my rating system: a wonderful 5 stars for a quick, super easy and delicious take on pan fried asparagus. Wonderful ! Thanks!
Another great veggie recipe thank you Geema, made using fresh asparagus just coming into season here. Nothing to add or change, we jsut made it as it is! and ate it with MaeEast's Beef and Pepper Stir Fry Beef and Pepper Stir fry.
Anyone who enjoys fresh asparagus and is looking for yet another way to make it irresistable should definitly try this! I served it with BERGY's tasty STIR FRIED BEEF WITH GINGER (#12665) and a small bowl of rice. This is a 5-star keeper!
