A very tasty lowfat salad dressing
Make and share this Asian Vinaigrette recipe from Food.com.
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 14.79 ml of minced fresh ginger
- 2 green onions, minced
- 59.14 ml chicken stock
- 29.58 ml rice wine vinegar
- 14.79 ml soy sauce
- 14.79 ml sesame oil
- Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid and shake until well mixed.
Love this recipe! I added an extra tablespoon of vegetable oil to keep it less watery.
Quick and easy vinaigrette with great flavors. Used it on steamed broccoli. Made for Spring 2008 PAC.
