Delicious tuna salad with an Asian twist. A must try!
- 3 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 inch gingerroot, minced
- 3 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- Mix all, except tuna, together.
- Add tuna, mix and chill until you serve.
I served this on a bed of lettuce with some Chang's crunchy noodles on top and it was a fabulous dinner.
