- Yields:
-
100 of chicken
- Serves:
- 4-6
ingredients
- 1 jar roast pork, sauce
- 10 lbs chicken wings
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
directions
- For the roast pork sauce, it is also known as cha siu sauce which you can find in your local Asian market! It is best to prepare this the night before and leave it in the fridge! First off, rinse the chicken then put into strainer to dry. (Making sure the chicken is clean.).
- in a large pot, toss in the rest of your ingredients. Yes, that includes the entire jar of cha siu sauce.
- Mix the ingredients well, then toss in all the chicken. Using clean hands, mix the sauce with the chicken very well, making sure each wing / drumstick is coated.
- Wrap the pot up and leave it in the fridge until you start your BBQ!
- When you start up your grill, mix the chicken a little then put it on the grill. Each chicken will took about 3-5 mins on each side, depending how hot the grill is.
- ENJOY! :).

Hi there! (:
Lets get started on a little something about me! I am DEFINITELY a female. I am born and raised as a new yorker. When I'm bored at home, I tend to think of different ways to cook. I grew up loving to watch the food channel. My favorite chefs on the food channel are Giada, Rachael Ray, and Sandra Lee. I don't have a favorite cookbook but sometimes i tend to go online and search up recipes. I learn from them and try to create my very own or use that recipe and put a little twist on it by adding something else (: My favorite dish to cook is actually mac and cheese or chicken parm. Mac and cheese... you can always add something extra to it like for example bacon or ham. I am currently working in a Jap/Thai restaurant and hopefully I could learn from this place. My goal is to open my own cafe or restaurant in the future but as for now, I am still learning.
