We loved this salmon recipe and it was oh so easy to put together with a truly wonderful end result. I have never served salmon with a peanut butter sauce before but it was delicious. I threaded the salmon onto large metal skewers and BBQ'd them, yum, yum and yum!!! I made the peanut sauce with the addition of the hot sauce and tasted it and it was excellent, but I wanted some more heat so also added chili flakes to it and good squirt of sweet chili sauce. I served ours with a mixed green salad and some crusty bread and it was a really wonderful meal. Thanks Julie for a great new recipe that we will be enjoying again this summer.

As much as I love peanuts & PB, I'm fairly new to make/serving these kinds of sauces, but here it was worth it! I did omit the hot pepper sauce in making the PB sauce as well as in preparing the fish, but other than that...right down the line! Really enjoyed the combo of the sauce & citrus here! Thanks for sharing! [Made & reviewed while touring Asia during Zaar's World Tour 4]

I cheated on this and didn't make the peanut sauce, but the salmon was so flavourful, I don't think it really needed it. I had a nice salmon filet that I down-sized this recipe for, and I marinated the filet and grilled as is. The salmon was very flavourful and made a lovely addition to our Wednesday dinner.
