This salmon recipe has great flavor, and a nice mix of Asian tastes... I cooked the salmon for exactly 4 mins. on my large George Foreman Grill because it's SO quick. I had 1 whole fillet, weighing 2 1/4 lbs, and about 1" thick except near the tail, and there was plenty of marinade, as I doubled the recipe. I only marinated it for about 45 mins., and there was still plenty of flavor! If using a George Foreman Grill: Preheat for at least 5 mins. at the minimum setting. Grill salmon for 4 minutes total, or until it flakes easily with a fork. I made this recipe with only a few minor adjustments. I used lite soy sauce, and brown sugar twin in place of the brown sugar. I served this with my recipe for Linda's Asian Coleslaw... FANTASTIC meal!!! Great for when companies coming... Mine loved it!

I followed this recipe exactly, and it came out great. Cooked two fillets in a cookie dish, placing the fish on parchment paper. Served with stir fried brown rice with pineapple, shrimp and peanuts and a big salad. MMmmm, good! and healthy.

Very good marinade! Left the filets in it for half and hour (next time, I'll try longer, I just didn't have time!), then grilled them on the BBQ ; the fish had a subtle but very pleasant soy/sugar/sesame flavour. I thought the marinade was not very aboundant, though, and I think I'll double it next time.

I love this recipe! I made the salmon last night, and I was really impressed. The combination of ingredients flavored the fish nicely without being overpowering. I did add a splash of white wine and lemon juice to the marinade. Thank you for sharing with us! --Marla,AZ

I love salmon and look for good recipes to use it in. This has all the ingredients I love: sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce....A nice combo of sweet and savory. Thanks Tiger!
