    WildLime's Note:

I've been experimenting with making my own fresh salad dressings and this is one of my favorites! It's so easy to make your own and this keeps well for at least a week in the refrigerator. This goes great with salad ingredients that include romaine, slivered cabbage, green onions, cucumbers or any of the bitter asian greens that many grocers and farmer's markets now carry.

Great Taste and VERY easy to make but had to double the recipe. I was making a dinner salad with thin sliced boneless pork chop strips, red pepper slivers (for color), Almond slices, Mandarin oranges and chinese noodles and the four serving amount suggested just wasn't enough. (Maybe OK for a small side salad). Also I substituted one of the Tablespoons of Mayo with a Tablespoon of Wasabi Sauce to give it a little kick.

This dressing worked out great with my chopped salad tonight. It was very quick to put together. I subsituted sour cream for the mayo but will try it again with mayo to see if there is any taste difference. Thanks for sharing your dressing!
