      Delicious! I LOVED this salad!! Beautiful to look at as well as great tasting. My rice vinegar was not sweet so I added honey, but otherwise followed the recipe. This reminded me a bit of fruit salsa. I could have eaten the entire salad myself but alas, had to share with Dh. I made 1/2 the recipe shown so I had less cutting to do, but the 45 minutes prep time seems a bit long. I think you can do it in less time. The recipe doesn't state it, but I peeled the pears.       What a yummy dish...the only change I made was using red pepper flakes because I couldn't locate any fresh red chili peppers...I did pick up some jalapeno peppers...but with all the green I felt it needed a touch of red...both hubby and I enjoyed the crisp fresh taste of this dish along with the touch of spice...thanks for posting it...=)

      I loved this. Very refreshing, and light. A unique summer salad. I used sweet pepper chili sauce instead of the fresh hot chili peppers, and it was wonderful. For a little extra color I added some red grapes, they added great flavor too. The dish is missing something crunchy though- maybe the next time I will top it off with some roasted nuts, right before serving.

      We loved this. Very refreshing with the lime juice. I did not have any Rice vinegar, but used white vinegar and ended up adding a bit of mayonnaise and sugar to get a flavor that I liked.
