    carmenskitchen's Note:

This cocktail is made with pear nectar which I feel lends a more natural tasting cocktail then those made with apple pucker or pear liqueur. I muddle fresh mint from my backyard herbs.

This was a really tasty cocktail to sip on. I think the key is taking it easy with Step #7, which states to top it off with Club Soda...do so sparingly, as it can easily get watered down with too much extra Club Soda. I used asian pear slices with lime wedges for the garnish. Thanks for sharing your cocktail recipes, carmenskitchen. Made for 2009 Fall Pick-A-Chef.
