This is a great monitor recipe. I use Diet Sprite instead of club soda. Delish!

I watched them make this at PF Changs before. To match their recipe, do not add sugar and substitute lemon-lime soda for club soda. I like to use Hansen's Natural or Whole Foods 365 brand soda, as they are made without corn syrup, but you can use Sierra Mist or Sprite.

This was a great mojito but it was too sweet. Another time I'll use less sugar. Cause I had to add more club soda. Thanks Cookiedog. Made for Beverage tag.

Made these by the pitcher for a dinner party. I personally thought they were too sweet and it tasted as if they had Midori in them, which I don't care for. I prefer the more tart, limey, minty mojito. Everyone else enjoyed them though!

Awesome mojito. Love the Bacardi Limon and the sour apple liqueur. I scooped out 1/2 of a lime and then muddled the lime, sugar and mint leave I used pineapple mint. One tablespoon of sugar was just right for me. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe I have made it several times now. Ive got the ratio for making a pitcher down pat and thats the only way I make it now.

I picked this recipe because I thought I would be able to use my pear nectar that is in the fridge. Well low and behold.... this Asian Pear Mojito does not have pear juice in it!!! I made it anyway (after all I have yet to meet a mojito I didn't like), and I don't know how in the world this combination managed to do it - but it tastes JUST like pear!!! Oh, it is also FABULOUS! I was not sure what 3 sections only meant, so I used three lime rings. Fabulous! Total Keeper! Thanks cookiedog! Zaar World Tour 3
