Stars indicate preparation as described up to #6 (but I liked it so much that I may try to get my hands on the mochiko after all to give that a spin). I made the sauce as indicated, but only did one pound of chicken because we like a lot of sauce. I did have a problem when I added the cornstarch- it clumped up and I couldn't get it incorporated. I removed it and made another cornstarch slurry using more water (about half a cup) and that went wonderfully. Thanks for the recipe!
