      My family found this a wee bit short on flavor and once we added some soy sauce it was great. I found it was easier to saute the chicken and add the other items to the pan. There was enough for 6 servings as stated. Prepared as a participant in the Photo Forum event entitled "Cooking with an Asian Accent, March 2009.

      Yum, wonderful Asian food right in your own home! I followed this exactly except I sauteed' my chicken tenders and broccoli right there in the pan. I am in love with this easy, wonderfully Asian spiced meal! I love the chili spice and added extra, but I love hot spices. I can't say enough about this wonderful, filling meal - that will keep you out of the local Asian carry-out. Thanks for posting!

      We loved this! A great easy low fat meal which we enjoyed. I also think this is very adaptable to other veggies. My amounts were a bit different than the ones listed, but worked out perfectly for us! The only real change I made was only using one teaspoon of chili paste. Thanks for sharing this keeper!

      Loved this! It was so flavorful, and the one-dish meal idea is always great :) My kids absolutely love stir fry, even the veggies, so I"m always looking for new "flavors". This fit the bill perfectly! Thanks!
