Asian Mist

"This is a really delicious cocktail. I re-named it after I found the recipe on the web - the original name may not have been appropriate for a family-friendly site."

  1. This was not only very pretty, but very good as well. Both my dh & myself enjoyed this very much. Thank you for sharing a lovely recipe

  2. So good and refreshing... I have made this many, many times, I have to admit... but I am just now getting around to review it... now that the coconut rum it out! The flavors meld together wonderfully for a refreshing cocktail that goes down way too easily!

  3. Really Yummy! Everything in this complements each other perfectly! Thanks for another winner, Evelyn!

  4. I will need to try this one again. I did not have Coconut rum and added some coconut extract to good quality rum..... this was just not the way to go. And I warn anyone who tries to use this substitution as the sweetness is just not there. UPDATE: Way better with the real thing (Coconut rum)!!! I really liked this drink and I can now see why others did as well!! This would be great on a beach or a boat! Thanks Ev!!!

I moved out here many, many years ago from Ottawa, Canada - so I am blessed in having two wonderful heritages! I suffer from compulsive obsessive behaviour with regard to food and my psychiatrist thought it would be a good idea to find a 'society' where many have the same problem and try to find a cure. So far, I've copied a couple of thousand recipes from this site and my psychiatrist has thrown the towel in and refuses to answer the phone when I call. What did I do wrong? Got 3 kids that keep me on the go - 10 and under at this point (2008) - I may not get round to updating this for a few years, so you'll have to do your own maths. I teach English full-time and Greek Cookery part-time. I would like to make the cooking part of it full-time and the English Grammar part of it part-time. That's all for now.
