Filling
- 113.39 g lean ground turkey, or
- 85 g flaked light tuna, drained (1/2 can)
- 118.29 ml white mushroom, chopped
- 4.92 ml garlic, minced
- 59.14 ml frozen edamame
- 3 lettuce leaves
- 29.58 ml scallions, sliced (optional)

Sauce
- 14.79 ml hoisin sauce
- 4.92 ml gluten-free tamari soy sauce
- 2.46 ml rice vinegar
directions
- In a nonstick skillet coated with oil, saute first three ingredients for 5 minutes.
- Add edamame and heat through.
- Scoop mixture into ramekin and serve along lettuce pieces on a plate.
- Drizzle with sauce. Alternatively, add sauce ingredients to pan with mixture and heat through.
