"Terrific salad dressing for all salads - especially great for use on cabbage salads. Everyone who has had the dressing wants the recipe."
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 29.58 ml minced ginger
- 177.44 ml olive oil
- 78.07 ml rice vinegar
- 118.29 ml soy sauce
- 44.37 ml honey
- 59.14 ml water
- In a 1 pint glass jar or larger, combine the garlic, ginger, olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and water. Cover the jar with a tight fitting lid, and shake well. Remove lid, and heat jar in the microwave for 1 minute just to dissolve the honey. Let cool, and shake well before serving. Store covered in the refrigerator.
Oh, now don't give me that Monday face. This was just too good and too easy to whip up. Now get to work!
I really liked the flavors in this dressing and will be making it again. I used it on a green salad and I'm eager to try it on for an oriental style cabbage slaw. The dressing has a terrific flavor, but is extremely thin. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
