Directions

  1. Place salmon in a shallow dish.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well.
  3. Pour over salmon and marinade for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Heat a grill pan over medium heat until hot.
  5. Add salmon, discarding marinade.
  6. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until salmon is opaque and firm to the touch.
  7. Serve with Brown Rice.
