Asian-Flavored BBQ Chicken

"It's good. It's so good! And it's easy! I could eat a whole chicken cooked this way! You could actually cook as much chicken as you wanted to using this method--I sized it (approximately) for a family. I usually use Bull's Eye barbecue sauce and dark meat pieces like thighs or drumsticks."

I live and work in Anchorage, Alaska. I teach, so most of my life is spent grading papers, but I cook whenever I can. I like experimenting with recipes from different world cuisines and, since I do live in Alaska, I cook a lot of fish.
