Asian Cooked Cabbage Salad

"I got this recipe from a friend a few years ago and finally decided to post it here. I've never seen a recipe like this, or have tasted anything so good before. Plus it's so easy!! You must try this with grilled tuna steaks, teriyaki chicken or pork chops!!!"

  1. AS you say my friend... Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication... I ate an entire cabbage in 1 week yummm...

  2. I Love this recipe for its simplicity! However, it is not "asian" enough for me so I just use it as a stir-fry base. I add some onion and 1T each of sesame oil, garlic & ginger. Sometimes I throw in other shredded vege's all depending on what's leftover in the fridge.

  3. WOW!! I love this recipe! The only change I made was to add a little fresh ginger as another reviewer suggested. I'll be making this again!! and again!!

  4. Made for FALL PAC 2011. I cut the recipe in half but otherwise followed the instructions. DH loved it and I enjoyed it...he loves the sweet and sour combo. Definately a quick and easy side. Made to to with recipe#420357#420357.
