We loved this. I made it with misoyaki salmon. Yummmmmm! It was the perfect side dish.
Didnt have grapeseed oil so I used sesame oil. This was really good and had alot of flavor. The fresh ginger is really nice too.
What a different way to make the dressing for a slaw! Really yummy, tasty, interesting and just plain good! I did up the sugar to 1 T bc we like a sweeter slaw- but everything else was followed exactly! First time I have ever cooked with Miso- and I like it! The ginger and grapeseed oil are a must in here too although a different oil may be interesting such as walnut or sesame maybe? Great recipe NCM!
