      Chop cabbage into small bite size pieces. Grate carrots. Chop onion into fine pieces. Chop celery into fine pieces. Toss into bowl.

      Mix vinegar, soya sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix into veggies.

      Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

      You can also add dry noodles for a bit of crunch, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds (try them toasted for a bit of flavor)!

      Followed your recipe right on down & included some toasted sesame seeds, all for a very satisfying coleslaw! However, for ease of preparation, another time I might just substitute a 12-ounce bag of prepared coleslaw (which around here is mostly cabbage) for the cabbage, & go on from there! I even liked a generous spoonful of it included in a bun with pulled pork! Thanks for posting the recipe! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this fall's round of Pick A Chef]
