- 14.79 ml soy sauce
- 44.37 ml red wine vinegar
- 14.79 ml honey
- 4.92 ml ginger, grated
- 2.46 ml sesame oil
- 1.23 ml red pepper flakes
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 453.59 g chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 709.77 ml romaine lettuce, torn
- 236.59 ml spinach, torn
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1 roma tomato, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 118.29 ml red pepper, chopped
- 29.58 ml cilantro, minced
- 6 flour tortillas, about 9-inch size
directions
- Combine dressing ingredients (from soy sauce to garlic). Combine rest of ingredients. Drizzle with the dressing and toss to coat. Warm the tortillas in saute pan. Spoon salad mixture in tortilla. Serve immediately.
