Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
  • 8 snow peas, chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced and chopped with greens
  • 14 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 3 -4 tablespoons asian-style dressing (sesame or Thai)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Mix dressing and mayo.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Spoon onto crackers or into sandwiches.
