  1. very good pitas! I made a few minor amount adjustments and used chopped cooked breaded chicken breast, this was made for KK's tag game and thoroughly enjoyed, thanks Kitty!

  2. A nice lunch today. I agree with the previous 2 reviews and thought there could be a tad more flavor, but nonetheless, it was enjoyed, and hit the spot. Very easy to prepare. Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders.

  3. I was really hoping for more flavor. I made as posted except didn't use the water chestnuts cuz I didn't have any. I lined one side of the pita with the lettuce and the other side got a bit soggy from the mixture even tho I did drain the liquid first. This was quick and easy to put together and was very filling. Thanks for posting. :)

  4. I made this for 123 Hit Wonders. It was quick to throw together. In my opinion, it was a little bland but enjoyable nonetheless.

  5. The chicken salad was just divine and made a perfect quick meal on a busy night. I had some leftover chicken from a local BBQ joint and the long slow smoked meat was a perfect partner with the other components of the dish. Half way through the preparation, I realized my scallions we not up to snuff and made a snap decision to use a small amount of red onion to replace the flavor and a smaller amount of cilantro to add color without altering the taste. Thanks! Made for Potluck Tag.
