  • Prepare pasta according to package directions; set aside.
  • Whisk sauce ingredients together in small mixing bowl; set aside.
  • Steam red pepper, snow peas and broccoli for 4-5 minutes until crisp/tender.
  • In a large bowl combine pasta, sauce, steamed veggies, chicken, green onions, almonds and sesame seeds.
  • Allow to blend for 5 minutes; serve hot or cold.

  1. This has a nice light taste to it which is rather subtle. It is not a flavor that "pops" in your mouth, but leaves a nice lingering note. I made this exactly as written, and served it cold. It makes a delightful lunch to pack for work. Thanks for posting. Made for Spring PAC 2009.
