  1. Cook chicken in olive oil. Drain and set aside.
  2. In small bowl, whisk together salad dressing, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes and olive oil. Stir in carrots, water chestnuts, ginger and chicken.
  3. Spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves and sprinkle with almonds. Fold sides of lettuce over filling, roll up and serve.
