Pretty darn good. I cheasted by using a precooked rotisserie chicken and I also added some sliced mushrooms. Not a big fan of mushrooms, but it did make a nice textural difference and besides my hubby loves them. I will definitely be making this again.
Delicious and healthy. Makes a good quick lunch. Great use for fresh snow peas and leftover chicken.

Really liked it, my bf said it was the best soup I've made. I used 2 Chicken Bouillon and 5 Cups of Water, used Rice Stick, I cooked a chili-lime Chicken earlier in the week and used that. I used our local Caribbean Bandania or Shadon Bennie for the Cilantro plus curly parsley, 1 1/3T Lime Juice, 1 T Soy Sauce, and added some Goya Adobo and a clove of Garlic as someone else did. Was really nice, I'm glad I finally tried it.
Awesome! So quick, easy and healthy, too. I just added a clove of crushed garlic and I had some shiitake mushroom caps that I sliced and added. Those shiitakes were a great addition to the soup. The lime juice added a nice touch, too. Thanx for sharing; I'll make this again.
Yum! So easy to make and tasty. Great for when you have a cold, an upgrade from your typical chicken soup.
So light and yummy! I omitted the ginger and green onions since I am not a fan of those and kept everything else the same. So good!
