It's very easy, and quick, just prepare, stick it in the oven, and check back in an hour. It's great for dinner after a long day at school, or work.

Very nice, no fuss recipe. The only things I did differant was use chicken breast (that's what I had on hand) and wasn't sure if you meant dry minced onions or fresh but I used fresh, also wasn't sure what type of pickle juice so I used dill. It was very nice, and the end resulted in a gravy in the casserole that was perfect to pour over the steamed rice I served along with it. You are right that this goes together so easy it makes for a great dinner on those busy days when you are short on time. Made for "My 3 Chefs Game" -09

  1. Pre-heat oven 350`.
  2. Cut up chicken, put pieces into a Casserole dish.
  3. Mix all other ingredients together, stir, then pour over chicken.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Put in oven for about an hour and a half.
