Asian Beef and Noodles

My wife and I have made the exact same recipe which we got online in 1998 from except the recipe includes 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger (add with the water, noodles and veggies) and top it off with a couple of tablespoons of chopped green onion on top at the end. The ginger adds a more distinct Asian flavor and the green onions are a nice touch for color and taste.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 12 cups water
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages beef-flavor ramen noodles, crumbled
  • 2 cups stir fry vegetables, frozen


  1. In large skillet, cook beef, and drain. Add one soup flavoring of one ramen noodle packet, stir til dissovled, removed beef from skillet.
  2. In same skillet combine water, vegetables, noodles, and other soup packet. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 3-4 minutes, return beef, cook 2-3 and serve.
