- 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 1⁄2 cups asiago cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 8 ounces heavy cream
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium casserole dish, mix the hash browns, Asiago cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, and butter.
- Bake 45 or until hash browns are fully cooked and the top is lightly browned.
