I love, love, love Starbucks Caramel Apple Cider, but it is full of calories. After extensive experimenting, I think this is nearly dead on but fewer calories.
- 2 (1/2 ounce) envelopeskrusteaz alpine instant sugar-free apple cider mix
- 1 3⁄4 cups simmering water
- 1⁄3 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1⁄2 teaspoon butter flavoring
- Add the cider to the simmering water and stir.
- Stir in the caramel topping and butter flavoring.
- Pour into a big mug and serve.
