Artisan breads are made with very simple ingredients. They are usually a hearty type of bread sold in a whole loaf. They are delicious but can hardened quickly! If this happens, here's a recipe to use the "hard" bread.
- 1⁄2 loaf artisan bread, any type but sweet preferred, cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 -3 cups milk, skim preferred
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
