- 1⁄4 lb smoked beef
- 1 (8 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
- Slice beef and quarter artichoke hearts.
- Wrap each artichoke with a strip of beef and secure with a toothpick.
- Heat in microwave 1 minute.
