Directions

  1. Mash artichoke hearts.
  2. Mix with mayonnaise, chedder cheese and cayenne.
  3. Turn into a greased 8" pan.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Serve hot-- spread on melba toast.
