- 10 ounces frozen spinach (1 box, thaw and drain, squeeze)
- 12 ounces marinated artichoke hearts (2 jars, drain and chop)
- 1 cup mayonnaise (Hellman's)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 scallions (chopped)
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
- Mix all together and bake at 350 about 20min.
- Serve warm.
