Best recipe EVER! This is great for vegetarians. Does take some time to prepare...but believe me, it is totally worth it. We usually double or triple the recipe so that we can have left overs because everybody eats so much of it :o)

this recipe is alot of work, but well worth it- the spice combination is very good, and the artichokes and potatoes go so well together. this was a bit spicy for my family, next time i would use less cayenne and halve the chiles. i did use 2 cans of srichokes as they are not in season right now.
