Great way to jazz up your sandwich! From TOH.
- 1⁄3 cup water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
- 2 whole pepperoncini peppers
- Blend together in food processor until spreadable, but not smooth.
This bread spread was quite tangy! It was nice. I think it might make an interesting dip with tortilla chips! Next time I'll have to try it that way. Made for My 3 Chefs 2008.
