This was amazing!! I made a few changes based on my own taste preferences: left out the mushrooms, added sun-dried tomatoes, used soy cream cheese and vegan mayo. This is one of the best meals I have made in a long time. I'll be adding it into the meal rotation. Thanks, bberberi!

Delicious, easy casserole. I used it as a side dish for Alfredo Shrimp Tilapia. Both were big successes. Thanks for a great recipe!

This was a really good receipe. I cooked 2 chicken breasts on the BBQ just until they were pink in the middle, then diced them up and added to the casserole before cooking. I didn't have any oregano, and didn't add the tomato to the top, although I think it would have added a nice tang to the flavor. I used 1 pressed garlic clove in place of the garlic powder. My 15 y/o daughter doesn't like arichokes or mushrooms, so she picked them out and ate the rest. Thanks for the recipe!

This was incredible!! My hubby and I ate nearly the whole batch in one sitting! I might add sundried tomatoes, capers and/or black olives the next time, just for fun. But, the recipe is just fine as it is posted too!
