These are the best little appetizers.My mom makes these every Holiday. We can't get enough.

  1. Pre-heat oven to 325-350 f.
  2. grease pan (I use a 9x9 brownie pan).
  3. chop artichokes.
  4. saute onion in artichoke liquid until soft,drain, set aside.
  5. beat eggs.
  6. add spices,artichokes,cheese and onion.
  7. bake 30 minutes.
  8. cool and cut into squares.

Very easy and so yummy - I served this in bigger pieces with salad for a main with great success.
