  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 12 cup chunky bleu cheese salad dressing
  • 14 cup snipped chives or 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion, tops
  • pretzel stick

  • Stir together chopped atrichoke hearts, sour cream, salad dressing, and chive.
  • Place in serving bowl.
  • Chill for 1 hour.
  • Surround with pretzels or melba toast rounds.
  • Enjoy!
