- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 whole lime, peel cut off
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- Process all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
